Professional Experience
Alex joined FinanceBoston as an Associate in 2020 and was promoted to First Senior Associate in 2022. He focuses on raising debt and equity for commercial real estate investors, owners and development clients. He provides valuable insight and knowledge in the real estate development market, having managed the profitability and liquidity of over $60 million and underwriting over $500 million in development and construction projects.
Prior to FinanceBoston, Alex was a Senior Associate/Financial Controller at Boston Property Ventures, a fully integrated real-estate development and investment management firm. During his time there he honed his skills in an array of Real Estate focused entities, ranging from Development to Capital Lending to Property Management.
Alex graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland in 2012 earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property Economics, Valuation and Surveying. In his spare time, Alex is an avid golfer and soccer player, having played at University level.
