Junior Associate

Professional Experience

Caitlyn joined FinanceBoston as a Junior Associate in 2024 and focuses on securing commercial financing for real estate developers and investors. Caitlyn provides valuable knowledge in underwriting commercial properties across all property types and plays an integral role in sourcing debt and equity for developers.

Prior to FinanceBoston, Caitlyn was an Associate on the Commercial Real Estate Banking team at Bank of America in San Francisco. At BofA, Caitlyn supported institutional relationships while working on new deal origination, restructuring distressed debt across office and multifamily properties, and growing a network of relationships in the Bay Area.

Caitlyn graduated from Boston College in 2018 with a B.A. in Economics. She is a Boston native and has clients and capital sources in both Boston and the Bay Area. In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys skiing, baking, and spending time with family.
