Mike joined FinanceBoston as an Analyst 2022 and advanced to the role of Senior Analyst in 2023. The role supported all stages of underwriting including evaluating financial models, structuring debt books, and property analysis. As a member of our asset management team, Mike supported FinanceBoston’s capital accounts and LP equity investments by handling accounting, financial reporting, investor relations and banking relations. Promoted to Junior Associate in 2024, Mike concentrates on securing commercial financing for real estate investors and developers, overseeing the loan process from inception to completion, and driving overall business development. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston, Worcester, and Rhode Island real estate markets, Mike brings a wealth of experience to the table. His prior experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, coupled with his family’s deep-rooted connections and expertise in the industry, makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Prior to joining FinanceBoston, Mike served as a real estate agent at RIISE Realty Group, LLC. At RIISE, he was fully immersed in the company’s day-to-day operations, managed properties, underwrote contracts, cultivated relationships with various real estate professionals, analyzed market trends to provide precise advice to clients, and generated accurate competitive market breakdowns.

Mike graduated from the State University of New York Cortland in 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, while also playing for Cortland Men’s Lacrosse Team, NCAA Division III. Mike represented Ireland competing in the 2016 European Lacrosse Championships. In his spare time Mike enjoys music, time with family, skiing, surfing and being outside.
