BOSTON — FinanceBoston has arranged $1,590,000 in SBA-504 financing for the acquisition and construction of a funeral home in Peabody, Massachusetts. Previously used as a law office, the Sponsor successfully petitioned the City to allow a special use for a funeral home. Through the SBA-504 program, the loan will cover 90% of the acquisition and renovation costs.
