Our focus is on raising debt & equity capital and providing capital markets advisory services to our commercial real estate clients. Our clients are concentrated in the Boston and Miami metro areas, but we also work with clients and capital sources on a national and international basis. In addition to our capital advisory function, we also seek to make investments in various CRE assets via our capital account.
Who We Are Seeking:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated Capital Markets Advisor to support our debt, equity and investment functions under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications include:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a commercial real estate investment banking, advisory, brokerage or commercial lending setting, with experience in Office, Industrial and Retail
- Excellent ability to communicate via written presentation, spreadsheet and in-person
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Exceptional ability to present and persuade
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
- Deep and meaningful CRE industry contacts (lenders, equity sources, attorneys), with a focus on Office, Industrial and Retail
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
How You Will Spend Your Time:
- Pitching, prospecting and networking (50%)
- Managing deal flow with junior team members (25%)
- Assisting deal team with presenting/packaging deal for capital provider presentation, including review of financial statements, tax returns, market data and property location (10%)
- Market research and market knowledge (10%)
- Miscellaneous projects & support (5%)
