Mike embarked on his journey with the company in 2022 as an Analyst and swiftly advanced to the role of Senior Analyst in 2023. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to support all stages of underwriting, including the evaluation of financial models, structuring, debt books, and property analysis.
As a vital member of the asset management team, Mike has been instrumental in supporting FinanceBoston’s capital account and LP equity investments. He has skillfully handled accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, and banking relations. In his new role as a Junior Associate, Mike will concentrate on securing commercial financing for real estate investors and developers, overseeing the loan process from inception to completion, and driving overall business development. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston, Worcester, and Rhode Island real estate markets, Mike brings a wealth of experience to the table. His prior experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, coupled with his family’s deep-rooted connections and expertise in the industry, makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Prior to joining FinanceBoston, Mike served as a real estate agent at RIISE Realty Group, LLC. At RIISE, he was fully immersed in the company’s day-to-day operations, managed properties, underwrote contracts, cultivated relationships with various real estate professionals, analyzed market trends to provide precise advice to clients, and generated accurate competitive market breakdowns.

Mike graduated from the State University of New York Cortland in 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. During his time at Cortland, he also played for the Cortland Men’s Lacrosse Team, competing at the NCAA Division III level.
